What materials are the taps made of?
The materials Maxaro uses comply with strict European regulations. All our chrome-plated, stainless steel-look and black taps are made of brass. Brass is an alloy of various materials, of which copper and zinc are the main constituents. The controls of some taps are made of zinc alloy. Taps made entirely of brass have an even tighter finish than taps made of brass and zinc alloy. Taps with a zinc alloy lever, on the other hand, are lower priced.
