Yes, you have a 365-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Report your return in My Maxaro.

• Products must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging.
• Return costs are € 9.95 (parcel service) or € 19.95 (large transport).
• Samples, showroom models and custom-made products cannot be returned.

• After approval, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days.

However, should our suppliers/manufacturers observe a shorter warranty period, this shorter period shall apply as the customer's warranty period.

The customer can never invoke the Guarantee if the defect is the result of incorrect assembly and/or improper use. The Guarantee also lapses if the customer has made changes to the product.

The obligations resulting from the Guarantee shall never extend beyond what the supplier/manufacturer is obliged to do pursuant to the guarantee conditions applied by the supplier/manufacturer.
