Q: Can I just drop by the showroom, or do I need to make an appointment first?

You are always welcome to drop by without an appointment. For personal advice, make an appointment in one of our showrooms.

Q: Can I view all products in the showroom?

You can view almost all products in the showroom. As endless combinations are possible, not all possible combinations are physically displayed.

Q: Is it possible to take away products in the showroom right away?

Only in Roosendaal, as that is where our warehouse is located. This only applies to items in stock. 98% of the range is available directly from stock.

Q: Can I also collect my order?

Yes, collection is only possible at our collection warehouse in Roosendaal. You choose the pick-up time that suits you best. Just report to the showroom counter and we will take care of the rest. Please note: the opening hours of the collection warehouse differ from the showroom. View the current pick-up warehouse opening hours here.

Q: Does each showroom have a separate phone number?

No, there is one general phone number you can use to reach Maxaro's customer service: 088 - 205 47 00 .
