What is the delivery time of my order?

Accepted Answer

Thanks to our large stock, we can promise you fast delivery. Therefore: ordered before 1 pm on working days, delivered the next working day or on a day of your choice. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, Tuesday is the next delivery date. You can also opt for delivery on demand. We will keep the order in storage for you free of charge for 2 years.

Yes, you can only collect from our warehouse in Roosendaal.
You choose the pick-up time that suits you best.
Just report to the showroom counter and we will take care of the rest.
Please note: the opening hours of the collection warehouse differ from the showroom.

Can I return my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have a 365-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Report your return in My Maxaro.

Products must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging.
Return costs are € 9.95 (parcel service) or € 19.95 (large transport).
Samples, showroom models and custom-made products cannot be returned.
Are you returning it yourself? That is possible at our warehouse in Roosendaal. Check our opening hours
After approval, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days.

However, should our suppliers/manufacturers observe a shorter warranty period, this shorter period shall apply as the customer's warranty period.

The customer can never invoke the Guarantee if the defect is the result of incorrect assembly and/or improper use. The Guarantee also lapses if the customer has made changes to the product.

The obligations resulting from the Guarantee shall never extend beyond what the supplier/manufacturer is obliged to do pursuant to the guarantee conditions applied by the supplier/manufacturer.
