To make a service request or report a complaint, please use our service form.

Have you received the wrong product, are you missing a product or is a product damaged? How annoying, our apologies. We ask you to fill in the service form, which will only take 2 minutes of your time.

Our service form is required to process your report. You will always be contacted by the service department within 3 working days of receiving the service form. By filling in the service request as completely as possible, we can help you more efficiently. You can find the service form in the My Maxaro environment.
