Finishing and grouting advice
Even though the pattern is already neatly placed on the tile, grouting between the grooves of the tiles remains essential. This way, the mosaic tile retains the effect of loose, small tiles. The grout not only protects against moisture and dirt but also ensures a smooth and sleek final result. By grouting carefully, the individual tiles are beautifully highlighted, and the wall remains in perfect condition for years.
The Clara tile is non-rectified, meaning the edges are slightly rounded. This requires a grout joint of at least 2 mm for an even and durable result. An ivory-coloured grout enhances the mosaic pattern and gives the yellow tile extra depth and character. Use suitable tile accessories such as grout, sealant, and adhesive for the best and most long-lasting result.

What is a shade code?
Per production, also known as 'shade', tiles have the same deviation. The tiles vary slightly in size or colour. The same shade is always sold per product in your order. It may happen that you receive tiles from a different production if you wish to purchase the same tile at a later date. Therefore, please check whether the same shade is still available. This will prevent size and colour discrepancies. Also check yourself before installing the tiles if they all have the same shade code.
Attention
For wet areas, such as shower walls, this tile is not recommended, as the higher water absorption and the grooves make cleaning more difficult. However, for wall applications in dry or slightly damp areas, such as living rooms, toilets, kitchens, halls, or bathroom walls without direct water contact, this tile is perfectly suitable.
