• Light has a significant impact on the colour of the tile. Therefore, view the tile sample in both daylight and artificial light in the room where you will be placing the tile. Also, compare it at different times of the day. In the morning, for instance, the light is different than in the afternoon.

• View the sample from a distance of 1 metre. The colour often appears lighter and more saturated from a distance than when viewed up close.
